Please be safe. Always wear your TNT Emergency ID tag while training. The running paths are very crowded during the summer season, so be sure to use good path etiquette by not crowding the path, not running more than two abreast, and stay to the right. To help prevent collisions, alert other runners of fast moving bike riders and also don’t wear headphones with loud music that prevents you from hearing others on the path. Look after your teammates!
Always check-in and check-out at trainings. If you do not check-out, the coaches will go out looking for you. Please don’t forget to check-out because you will cause needless worry and waste your coach’s and teammates’ time while they look for you.
It is best to train with a partner, but when you have to train by yourself, be sure to let someone know your planed route and time you expect to be back. When running at night and early morning, be sure to wear reflective clothing and/or flashing lights.
